Association and the vice-chairman of education committee of Tianjin Nursing Association. Research direction involves Symptom Management, Nursing Education and Informatization of nursing. Besides, She has undertaken 3 subjects
and published almost 30 papers. As the first tutor, she has trained 5 postgraduate nursing students and 7 graduate students . Meanwhile, She undertake courses such as Evidence-based Care and Health Management, and has been
chosen as excellent teacher of Tianjin Medical University, Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine for many years. Besides，She was responsible for teaching the continuing education course of Tianjin Nursing Association,
and had taught more than 10 times every year in Tianjin major hospitals. As the editorial board of Nursing Oncology and Evidence-based clinical practice, She actively participate in the writing and proofreading of books.
