On November 17, 2018, Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital held the signing
ceremony of the Brotherhood Relationship Agreement Renewal and celebrated the 10-Year
collaboration between Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital and H. Lee Moffitt
Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tianjin. </p>

<p>Since establishing the brotherhood institution relationship between the two cancer centers in
2008, we have made great achievements in the fields of faculty exchange visits; physician
education and training; clinical trials; research nurse training and joint conferences, etc.
Over the past over ten years, the leaders from both sides have continuously worked on our warm
partnership to enhance our cancer research and pave the way for much fruitful collaboration
between our two institutions.

Our institutions have enjoyed and benefited from a spirit of collaboration between our
faculties. In view of the fruitful collaborations during the first 5 year term, we held the
Signing Ceremony of Brotherhood Relationship Agreement Renewal between Tianjin Medical
University Cancer Institute & Hospital and H.Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in
November, 2013. We further strengthened our collaboration on the faculty exchange visits,
postdoctoral fellow and graduate student training, physicians and nurses’ education and
training, clinical research, joint conferences and other academic programs during the second
term.

Now the two institutions will initiate the third term of collaboration. We will use this
platform to work hand in hand with Moffitt Cancer Center to pave the way for future
collaborations. We will commit ourselves to fostering a more constructive and sustainable
relationship between our two great institutions. We anticipate reaching many milestones
together.</p>
